How to Build a Strong Aura

There are a number of ways to build a healthy and strong aura.

  1. Getting healthy
  2. Deep breathing
  3. Regular exercise
  4. Spending time in nature
  5. Meditating and connecting with your higher consciousness
  6. Focusing on the energy field of the cosmos. You are part of the vast field of creative source energy.

This meditation on The 12th Dimensional Platinum Diamond Light Shield will help you to build an aura that is strong, resilient and physically healing. This meditation grounds us to the Earth and our ‘home’ in the Cosmos – connecting all of our multidimensional aspects. This helps us to hold a cleaner space with a strong boundary for ourselves and our clients/patients.

Use this around your home, car, workspace and any place you travel.

When practicing this meditation on a regular basis with a strong spiritual foundation you will claim your cosmic right to your Divinity, Sovereignty and Freedom. This is based on and inspired by Energetic Synthesis‘ version of the 12D Shield. For those called to use the Diamond Light frequencies, I’ve add access to the Diamond Light spectrum in this meditation below. If you are guided to use only the platinum light scroll down to the 12D Shield Building Technique by ES.

For those guided to use platinum light only please use the following video by Energetic Synthesis founder, Lisa Renee. Her pioneering efforts in providing us with information pertaining to this ascension cycle are unparalleled.
