What is Intuition anyway?
Intuition is a un-quantifiable fuzzy-logic manner in which we know or feel something beyond the typical 3D brain and nervous system senses. Other terms associated with Intuition range from ‘a gut feeling’ to gifts or skills of Higher Sensory Perception (HSP) or Extra Sensory Perception (ESP), Clairaudience (hearing gifts), Clairvoyance (inner sight gifts), and Clairsentience (inner feeling gifts). Also on the Intuition list include: Second sight. Channeling. Mediumship. Telepathy. Card Reading. Muscle Testing. Energy Reading. And just plain old ‘knowing’ or Gnosis and Remote Viewing.
These skills are actually a natural progression of expanded consciousness and can be cultivated, developed and made stronger just like a muscle. Learning to read and interpret energy signatures or light codes is part of our consciousness evolution. Side note: it seems that those people who have Rh Negative Blood may be a little more gifted in this area.
Intuition is a gift all humans have as a potentiality. Over the years, as a result of religious and societal fear programming, intuitive gifts have been pruned out of us. For hundreds of years men and women were hanged, tortured, ridiculed and burned at the stake for speaking out, or showing any signs of ‘other worldly’ gifts or healing abilities. There are numerous reasons for this which I will not get into here.
A strong and healthy intuition is your birthright under cosmic sovereign law. What’s more, you have the ability to cultivate and build these skills.
Now, more than ever, it is time to tune-in to those subtler layers within our nervous and energy systems so that we can better navigate our way through this time in which we are living.
Becoming a Cosmic Citizen – The New Way of the Higher Realms
Upgrades to your intuition may occur spontaneously during spiritual awakening. As our energy expands and ascends to the higher realms within our cosmos, we may begin to feel or sense different frequencies around us. In addition, many of us are noting that we seem to be able to view things at a distance. This is known as Remote Viewing.
In fact, as you begin to climb higher in consciousness, you may find your old ways of receiving energy may change.
As we absorb and assimilate these soul levels, channeling becomes more of a thing of the past while we move to more cellular knowing or gnosis manners of spiritual knowledge.
Part of the awakening and ascending process involves the integration and accretion of our soul and soul monad families – also known as higher aspects of self – Christ self, Avatar self or God self.
If you ever feel uncomfortable you have the cosmic right to determine whether or not a frequency is approved by your higher self. Remember that you are Divine, Sovereign and Free and have the right to determine what energies can be around you. You possess the right to clear out unhealthy energies and you may refuse consent to anything that ‘feels’ inorganic or artificial! This is where developing the discernment in reading energy signatures is important.
Below there are a few ideas and practices to consider when tuning into cosmic frequencies.
Protecting Yourself or Psychic Self Defense
Practicing spiritual good manners protects you and others. Like anything in our 3D world, there are healthy practices and not-so-healthy practices.
- Set your space with the highest intention. My psychic self defense protective 12D shield video is below.
- Practice good energetic hygiene by clearing your energy field regularly.
- Be careful of lower astral plane (lower 4th) entities.
- Be aware of false light entities and false angelics. For more on this topic go to my post False Gurus.
- Don’t try to channel when very upset or angry.
- Pay attention to signals your body is giving you.
- Never use negative or Satanic rites or rituals to build your intuition.
- Your desire to read energies should be clean and clear – not connected to wanting to control or intrude on someone’s privacy. Always ask permission of the person or thing to which you are connecting.
Clearing Blocks to Intuition
Clear traumas and impacts to the head and neck: (for more information you can check out my post on the Cervical Spine and Spirituality)
- Pineal Gland
- HPA axis – the Pituitary gland tends to get ‘stuck’ when there has been any sort of head injury.
- Thalamus complex – as it relates to C1 or The Atlas bone in cervical spine
- Limbic or Reticular Alarm System
- Dura or fascia – the protective tissue surrounding the brain.
- Clear out jammed up cranial bones, including especially the release of the occipatal bone from the atlas (C1 – first cervical vertebrae).
Intend to Reconnect and Integrate:
- Endocrine System with Central Nervous System and Brain
- Conscious Mind with Higher Self with God or Christ Consciousness
- All body parts with CNS, PNS (peripheral nervous system) and Brain
- Create coherence between your Heart and Brain/Head
Practices that Build Intuition:
- Intention – intending to build a relationship and connection to your higher selves, spiritual teams, Avatar or God Selves is very powerful. Be patient and loving to yourself during this process.
- Meditation – focus, mantra or breathing
- Focus on your own energy field and lightbody
- Program your body to give you feedback.
- Muscle Testing yourself or others
- Ask your body to show you Yes or No answers to simple questions about something you are contemplating.
- Hypnosis or self hypnosis
- Guided Visualization Journeys
My Take on Psychedelic Drugs:
- Artificial and organic substances that cause vision experiences may not be a good idea. These drugs may seriously damage the delicate balance within your nervous system and may open or tear your energy field leaving you open to energetic attack or manipulation.
My Take on Astral Travel:
- Be very careful and be sure you are protecting yourself when traveling to the lower astral fields.
- If you want to travel to gain wisdom, peace or information be sure to set your sights to the higher realms. The lower astral area is home to many stuck energies and frequencies which could leave you shaken or compromised.
Learning to Read Energy – Basic Energy Scan by Lisa Renee
Pre-requisite Technique 1: Prepare with your 12 D Shielding process (see video below)
The Basic Energy Scan is a Technique to improve your HSP Skill and to retrieve impressions from energy signatures in people, places things and entities.
Bring into your inner vision a White Sphere or Ball of Energy and visualize or intend this White Sphere of your consciousness to rest in your 3rd Eye, your sixth Chakra. Breathe and focus on the White Ball in your 3rd eye, focus on your sensation of it. With your mind focused on the White Sphere Symbol, program the White Sphere Energy Ball with the command “I intend this White Ball Symbol to be in Alignment, Wholeness and Purity with my Highest God Purpose.”
•Now exhale and move the White Sphere of Energy down from your 3rd eye and into your Heart center or 4th Chakra. Breathe naturally while you connect with the symbol and sense this aspect of your conscious energy field residing in your heart complex.
•Now call to mind a person, place, event or object which you are intending to scan. Visualize or intend that the object of your scan is standing in front of you or within your view.
•Focusing on your heart center, exhale a small white cord thread to connect to the object of the scan and then send out your White Ball Symbol through the cord to overlay the object of your energy scan.
•As you inhale into your heart, allow yourself to receive some impressions of the object’s energy signature, as well as pay attention to what color your White Ball Sphere starts to turn.
•You may start to “feel” a range of perception,feelings or emotion around the object.
•Does it feel in alignment or resonance with you? Notice the White Sphere of Energy and look at its color. If it remains white and feels strong it is in alignment with you. Depending on its shape or shade of gray to dark, will be its level of purity or resonance for your being.
Practice with this technique and it will become entrained in your neurological system. You will be able to begin to read basic energy signatures very quickly. This will give you another level of energy discernment when presented with choice or decision. As you become more advanced you will start to see the color wave spectrum of the object and it will discern what frequency and dimension this “information” or energy is sourcing from.
