How Can I Raise My Vibration?

Become a more powerful conductor of energy than those around you by changing the vibratory rate of your core cellular structure. In other words, your core vibration is more than skin deep. Drop below the superficial aspects of your life and make an assessment. Then begin by bringing your resting vibration, or your core vibration, up on a more permanent basis. Below I will give you some things to consider and practices you can try that will help you to become a positive-viber and assist you in maintaining an authentically positive mood on a regular basis. This will boost your intuition and help you to tune into your own divine guidance. Sound good?

Note: Be sure to read more of this post below the video as I cover a little more of the how-to’s here. In addition, I’m adding a few more advanced techniques in Raising Your Vibration – Part II – coming soon . . .

How to Become a Positive-Viber

  1. Realize that vibration is an energy thing and is a direct result of the combination of your core body vibration, your habitual thoughts and your spirit.
  2. Balance your brain daily – change dominant hemispheres through breathing and/or a focal point shift. Learn to read and hack your nervous system.
  3. Notice where you resist ‘what is’ and then simply allow space for yourself in your mind. Accept that you have an aversion or are craving something not happening. Let it go.
  4. Notice how people and places affect you.
  5. Improve the vibration of your body by getting more fit and healthy. The state of your body affects the state of your mind. You are a top-down as well as bottom-up system. Strengthening your nervous system enables you to live a tuned-in life.

How does vibration work?

The laws of physics, harmonics and quantum field theory demonstrate to us that all matter holds a resting oscillating wave rate – you could say a basic resting rhythmic cycle or vibratory signature. In other words, vibration is how atomic or quantum waves translate into matter, solid things. So it’s all about vibration.

When any object is placed next to another similar object, both tend to ‘lock into’ phase or synchronize with each other to create harmony. They communicate and exchange energy – electrons always try to fill in the gaps in a system so when a stronger pulsating system interacts with a weaker system the stronger system ‘lends’ energy to the weaker creating a harmonic or cooperative effect. This process is called entrainment.

Remember above how I said similar objects attract or will entrain with one another, and that the stronger brings up the weaker? If you think about this in terms of your core values, core emotional state, or core level of health, you will ‘vibe’ with those similar to your core – actual – self. If you always put on a brave face and are ‘trying’ to be in a good mood but deep down you feel depressed most of the time, your system will allow others to bring you down. It makes sense right? Your resting core vibratory rate is phase locking with others who are also inherently depressed as well. So it would stand to reason that you have the ability to raise your core vibrational rate by being around others and spending time in locations that hold a higher resting vibratory rate. This will raise your rate over time. AND it stands to reason that in oder to make lasting, positive, changes you need to create deep and permanent changes to you cellular structure.

Why can’t I hold onto my good vibes?

If you have tried positive thinking, read all the books…and it still doesn’t work.

You could be dropping vibration for several reasons:

  1. You are lending others some of your energy so they can sync or entrain with you.
  2. Perhaps, deep within you there is an emotional or physical wound that is vibrating with them and gets triggered. Like attracts and resonates with like. (We’ll cover how to heal this in Raising Your Vibration – 2.0)
  3. Release your resistance to what is in your life now. Drop below the surface of your wants, expectations or desires. See what it is that really fulfills you. (More on this in 2.0)

“My clinging to something I want is always in resistance to something I don’t want. My resistance to something I don’t want resides in my preference for something I do want. It’s a situation that leaves me pushing and pulling simultaneously, a matter of considerable strain… The same is true of aversion. What I don’t push away (let go of resistance) will enter of its own accord and will no longer seem so foreign and threatening to me, opening a pathway to acceptance, and even love, for what was once feared and avoided.”

Becoming Your Own Guru and Avatar

When you commit to raising your vibration, the quality of your life improves. You may find friendships formed that are more lasting and fulfilling. You may change your job to a career that is more fulfilling and more in alignment with the authentic you. The reason all this happens is because you’ve slowed down enough to listen and you have cultivated the strength within your nervous system to make positive changes. Your connection to spirit deepens and you may become more purpose driven. All of these aspects results in a joy that is lasting and deeply anchored.

For the spiritually awakened and those on the Ascension Path, cultivating these practices and increasing your vibration becomes the key focus of your journey. The task, and it’s a big one, is for you to drop as much density as possible as you go about daily living. The yogis call it Jivan Mukta – liberated while living. I will write another post shortly – Raising Your Vibration – Part II which will cover how to drop density raise your vibration and thrive.
